Stellantis is currently seeking a Human Resources Talent Manager, Manufacturing to support Plant Operations at the Windsor Assembly Plant located in Windsor, Ontario.

Reporting to the plant Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Talent Manager, Manufacturing provides hands-on strategic HR support to plant leadership, management staff and employees for all plant operations and support departments.
Job Responsibilities include:
- HR Partner for the manufacturing assembly plant with responsibility for talent acquisition, leadership and employee development, plant organization structure and succession plans, and performance management functions
- Lead and coach a small team to carry out all recruitment and onboarding functions for salary, production and skilled trades staffing to attract, select and develop top talent
- Collaborate with plant leadership and the broader Corporate HR team to drive HR initiatives, operational excellence and process improvement
- Management member on the Joint Equity Committee; responsible for conducting workplace investigations and driving anti-discrimination and harassment policy
- Responsible to promote diversity, inclusion and employee engagement programs creating a positive work environment
- Maintaining accurate records for organization structure, personnel files and responsible for employee status changes in the HRIS system
- Support community outreach, charity and volunteer events
- Additional responsibilities may include initiatives for training and learning programs and providing support for labour relations and collective bargaining

Basic Qualifications:
- Human Resources Professional with a minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in progressively more responsible HR positions
- University bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or related field
- Prior direct experience in recruiting and onboarding, performance management, leadership development and organization planning
- Strong leadership, team building, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning, organizing and analytical skills
- Prior experience conducting workplace investigations
- Strong decision making and negotiating skills
- Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Ontario: Human Rights Code, Employment Standards Act, Labour Relations Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications, data analytics reporting, and HRIS systems
- On-site work is required
- Prior experience in a unionized environment is an asset
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
